That place has great food and service!
Where will I get my salt and pepper fish?
We were just there a week ago, and all tables were full.

Hehe, no Dav, that would just be silly to do that. Besides, I loathe Roseville. It makes Folsom seem under-developed.
I do however eat at many places around town that I think are tops:
Chinese: Hop Sing or Sunny Garden are good.
Mexican: Sol Azteca or occasionally I drive 2 hours to Merced to a place called La Nita's (the BEST I've ever had).
Greek: Kabob House
There are others. I've been around this town longer than most and you see from my list these places have been around, are still around, and will be around for a long time to come.
If Y2K was so good it would have made it as well, they shouldn't have to depend on a Blockbuster next door to save their restaurant.

Hey you do like some stuff after all! Cool to hear you've been around here a long time and enjoy dining here instead of Roseville...heheh and you're right, with the constant construction in Roseville - our town seems like a tiny suburb by comparison
I too enjoy Hop Sings - that is my other favorite Chinese place in town - where's Sunny Garden?
I bet that place in Merced is outstanding! but Sol Azteca I don't like at all - way too bland for me, I prefer El Ray in town
I fully agree with you, Y2T should be able to survive w/out BlockBuster...you'd think they'd get some biz from the gym but I guess that would go against what they're at the gym in the first place for d'oh
Man, we need to get these good places on the map - so many restaurants open and close around here that I bet half the population doesn't even know they are around before they find they are closing
Get the word out about these good places, tell a friend, spread the word - we gotta do what we can to support our local restaurants - and keep 'em in biz
