Just for your information, the Heart Of Europe has closed as of Nov. 3rd. They were having a very difficult time with the property manager about several issues which I do not have the liberty to go into right now. I can say that they are in negotiations with a new landlord in a much more visible location. I can say that Thomas and Milan are friends of mine and I do hope for their best.

I'm glad to hear that the restaurant will reopen in a new location. My wife and I figured that Heart of Europe would suffer greatly once a new (and still empty) office building was built along Blue Ravine Rd., completely blocking the restaurant from view.

I'd only eaten there once, but was meaning to go more often. I lived in Germany for ten years, and enjoyed the ambience that indeed reminded me of a German (or Czech) restaurant. I'm glad I'll have another chance to visit.
