We used Dennis Estes with All 'Bout Painting at 203-1556. He is out of Antelope, so he doesn't charge Folsom prices. We had another local painter give us an estimate, and Dennis came out at 1/3 less than the other guy. He did great work and he's licensed.

Avoid "A. Wills" for several reasons that would take too long to explain. They did my house and my neighbor, so it is from direct knowledge.
