I noticed the signage was removed from the back of the building and there is For Lease sign next to the building.
Are they already closed?

Wow, really? I was there last week!

Is the For Lease sign you're talking about just a free-standing sign? If so, I think that's for the old 24 Hour location.

24Hr moved out, and the Christian book store moved, maybe the whole center is being sold or the rents have been upped?

Yes it was a free standing sign.

I just spoke to Larissa there. She said they are still open.

They still have Trivia Tuesdays, too.

I'm so glad it's not closed. It's nice to have fish 'n chips within walking distance.
