Is there really a market for a restaurant that focuses on waffles? Seems like kind of a narrow emphasis. I know, I know, IHOP; but I really think that is a broader grouping. I guess time will tell.

We love waffles, but I make Belgian Waffles myself. I've never gone out for waffles. I assume waffle places make all kinds of breakfast food, but specialize in waffles.

Ever heard of Chicken and Waffles? Very popular in the Southeast. LA has a small chain called Roscoe's.
I saw a place in SF that only sells cupcakes. That was a few months ago. I can't imagine they could stay in business too long, but who knows?

heh I've been to roscoes! but I think they should seperate those two dishes into breakfast and dinner, those flavors don't really mix that well together
