anyone have recommendations for a painter for a 2500 sq ft home? If you know estimates, that would be nice cuz I would like to do it myself if it is over $3000.
Also have lots of minor electrical work around the house, about 3 hrs of work....how much should I pay?

first home, so I have no clue about prices! :)

My painter moved, so I can't help you there, but for electrical needs, I always recommend Byron Wise of Wiseco Electric http://www.wisecoelectric.com. Byron is a good, honest, knowledgeable electrician. I've been recommending him to my clients for years and I always get 'thank you' calls afterward.

Are you looking for someone to paint the interior or exterior? Generally, painting is a $1.00 per square foot with a licensed professional, is a fair average of most painters.

Are you looking for a licensed professional to do your paintwork? I would like to talk to you about this job. Please private message me if your still looking.

I'm having a house painted right now. I'll let you know how it turns out. The price is certainly right!

I second that recommendation for Byron, he's done work at our place and not only does he do very good and quick work, he does it for a fantastic price.

I can also vouch for, and recommend, Greg Sconce's services. I called him today around 10AM and at 11:30AM he was at my house. He was prompt, honest, and fast! Highly recommended.
