Water Quality Report

I'm a freshwater fish hobbyist and was hoping to easily view the results, at the office or on-line, at least once a week just so I can avoid investing in all the more testing reagents at home.
I do hear of some water companies that post test results weekly if not daily but it sure is not ours here in wonderful Folsom.
Any insight?

Our own San Juan Water District website doesn't seem to offer more than the annual Consumer Confidence Report either... It might be interesting to compare the water delivered to us North Folsom residents to your source....
What WQ information were you hoping to find, and on what regular basis would it be beneficial to your home aquatic hobbying...?

The ones I'm mainly looking at are Hardness ppm (parts per million) and pH in standard units.
I do partial water changes using tap water every Friday and it would be most beneficial to me to be able to view the results of that days tests at best but I'll take what I can get and adjust my schedule to fit if need be of course.

had to do some major plumbing replacements a few weeks ago and my plumber said the same, that it looked like the water was being over-treated and eating away some pipe seals

why would you do that to your fish. tap water is not good enough for you, why would you make your fish swim in it.

Ny Times posted a story in today's paper (on line) about drinking water throughout the US. You can search by state, county, and city. Folsom is listed here.
