I feel the same way, but I don't go to Roseville. I find it easier, not during traffic, to head to the Downtown Mall. Hope on the freeway and you're there.

A lot of people don't realize that you can take Hazel to East Roseville Parkway and that takes you all the way to the Galleria. Taking Eureka and getting on 80 and then 65 can be a hassle.
I also wish we were getting at least one dept. store. Wow, we really need it. Mervyn's and Kohl's just don't cut it. I just can't believe one hasn't come into the area. People from all over the 50 corridor (even up to like Kyburz) would probably come. Let alone Placerville, which is bigger than most people think. But oh well. HC Elliott just can't seem to make it happen or they just prefer their original idea.

Between Macy's (and they have a Macy's furniture, too), Gap, J. Crew, Banana Republic and Ann Taylor, I'm set.

Clothes, shoes, bedding (sometimes), some kids clothes. Mostly shoes and clothes for me. Other stuff I can't think of. Kohl's and Mervyn's are just blech!
I know we A LOT of shopping in Rsvl. I so wish we had better places. It just seems that all of our shopping is just lower end stuff.
555 - I take Folsom-Auburn to Douglas to E Rsvl Pkwy. If the dam road was open, it'd cut off about 15 mins!

I'm a shorty so I have to shop at stores that carry clothes for us short folks. Also I have sensitive skin and use Clinique products, which are only sold at higher end department stores such as Macy's and Nordstrom.

My wife buys a lot of her cosmetic products online at much cheaper prices.
Yahoo Shopping's search always comes up 20% cheaper!

Hard to do that for clothes though.

Darn, it doesn't allow you to zoom. This plan is from March, a preschool Mom sent it to me. It shows who they have proposed be in the spots, who has a letter of entent on file, who is negotiating their letter of intent and those who have an in-draft lease.

Is that for the complete build out of the first opening phase?
