You're not scaring me but maybe cloud9. Apples are good but I prefer them with something sweet. We always had apples at home growing up so I don't really crave them. I have a huge sweet tooth and we never had sweets at home either? Hummm? We had diet soda only!! Yuck! Diet Pepsi is good though! I like Coke. I try not to drink much soda.

For lunch today I have a roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese. Yummm!! It's leftovers from a bridal shower I hosted with approx 35 guests. I love leftovers! I had coffee for breakfast as usual.
I've heard that the artificial sweetners used in things like diet soda actually cause you to retain weight??? Anyone else heard about this or know more info???
