Thank you for your post. However I dont know what it has to do with my case. none of the above I think they would be able to get away with, on my street. They do not leave my st. I can take a peek out of the window at any time and see them. there would be no way in hell I would let them play even out front in sf. But i dont live in sf. I live in a court in folsom. Huge diff.

I agree with you that it is a huge difference, but it does serve as a reminder that kids without supervision will get into all sorts of mischief, even the ones here in Folsom.

By the way, regardless of whether or not you supervise your kids on the street, this did not happen in the street, and you have enough of a relationship with your child that she trusted you and went to you when this creep was doing his dirty deeds.

Thank you for getting him off the street. You may have saved more kids in Folsom from being victimized.

I know this a late post and its been a few months but I just have to saw I dated this guy Gerry Edwards for 6 years (trust me I feel so stupid now) and broke up with him he second I heared about this. His side of the story he says in a letter he wrote me was that he talked to the mother on the screen name before and he SAYS he just thought it was the mother messing around. no matter what his reasons his sick and shouldnt out I can say this cause I know him way to well he shouldnt be allowed around people. From what I know though is that he will be out in Jan 2011.
