Hold on now. It's rainy and windy today. The mail is running slow. Give them another month.

LOL.

Tried to call myfreetravel several times today... I never got through. Once I was on hold for 40 minutes (35 of which they system kept saying there was 1 caller ahead of me) and 6 times the line was busy. I'd bet there are angry people across the country who realized yesterday was 6 weeks from August 31st...

Haha, how convenient.

I don't get off work until 5 so I won't be able to contact myfreetravel.com until tomorrow. I can almost give you a 100% guarantee no one will have a rebate in their mailbox when they get home. Going to contact the merchant and ask for a full refund and or compensation. Done with this worthless company.

Oops, not so fast. My "rep" got his yesterday and it worked like a charm. $35.00

Who is your "rep"? Are you a merchant that issues these rebates to consumers? If not did you receive yours today? Thanks but I'm still not sold until someone on here says they have one in their hand.

My "rep" is the guy from whom I bought the coupons wholesale. I not only "sold" them with my business, but I also registered one myself as he did to make sure this new company would come through before we proceeded. One of his associates is going gangbusters, selling them to high schools, etc. as fundraising ideas. For his sake I hope they're legit as they appear to be. His was a $35.00 credit card that took one phone call to activate and he bought gas with it this morning and used the entire amount just fine.

I didn't get mine yet today but the sky is clear and I assume the post office has mine on their truck with tomorrow's mail.

Well nothing for me today... Called my free travel and was on hold for almost an hour (after just 4 minutes I was again told there was 1 person in front of me) I then hung up and called becks to complain. Asked for the customer service manager (Laura Francisco) and was told she would call me back.

When I got home I called Becks again because MS. Fransisco never called me back. Attempted to complain to the "customer service" rep. Got yelled at and hung up on. biggrin.gif

Even if this does work out, I will never do business there again.

I stand by my "idiots" comment!

Looks like my 100% still holds true. Suprise Suprise......NO rebate in the mail for me today. I called them earlier today to complain (without checking my mail yet), saying that I had not received my certificate. The supervisor told me "ohhh they were mailed out the 6th week, you should have it soon"...bla bla bla. Isn't this in their terms that we will receive a visa card within 4-6 weeks (Term No. 23). So if we don't follow one of their terms they terminate our entire rebate BUT if they don't follow the terms it is ok. I'm sick of this worthless company. If they wanted the consumers to have them between 4-6 weeks, mail them out on week 3! She didn't apologize and just said it would be in the mail. Nice to meet you BBB. SacDJ just be glad that you did not sell me one of yours because I would be at your doorstep for a refund right now.
