Wow, it has all the stores posted. There are no anchor stores like Macy's. It will be great to have all this shopping but we do need a major department store.

Not gonna happen. From what I've heard, they couldn't get one because of all the malls in the general area.

As a hairy Italian (I know, TMI... sorry), I like the looks of that store.

Whole Foods Market
That would be cool!
Don't shop there too often, but they do have some good things, and the drive to the closest one now is way too long.
Edit: In case anyone's wondering, the Folsom location (if it happens) is sized at 45,000 sq ft. Roseville's is going to be 55,000.
But, on the positive side, the Sac one on Arden Way that we go to now is only 37,000 sq ft.

What a disappointment. I checked out the shops and only about 3 look good to me. I would have loved to have seen a Macys in there somewhere. And dammit, I want a Sees Candy and a Yankee Candle Shop in Folsom!

*perk* "Wine Bar"?
One thing I noticed is the (P) vs. (LOI) ratio. Looks like the majority of these tenants are still Proposed, not signed.

Macy's should be in there and See's Candy for sure....
A VETERAN
Whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount "up to and including their life".
That is HONOR, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.
