Try the original Mr. Pickle first.
You will like it.
I recently took my kids, two friends of theirs and myself to Mr. Pickles.
The staff were awesome. We walked in the door and they were all over those kids making sure each kid got the sandwhich they wanted. The kids loved it.

Do they have a website where I can check out the menu?

I would be careful about referencing a web-based menu for Mr. Pickles. I know there is one on Folsom Blvd. in Rancho Cordova, one on the Sac State campus, and I have been to one up by Santa Rosa, as well as the one in Folsom. I think the franchise allows them a little lattitude on what is on the menu as they all had differant names for the same sandwiches. The one on Folsom Blvd in RC has all sports theme (hammerin' Hank, the Bird Man, etc.), the one in Santa Rosa had more NASCAR references (The intimidator, the newman, etc.)
I remember the one on Folsom seemed a little scattered (not a particular "theme" but a mix of several) on the menu names, but I have tried most of them and can't say that any dissappointed. Of course that may have more to do with the "I never met a sandwich I didn't like" mentallity!
