Our Soup du Jour is Broccoli Cheddar.
MENU UPDATES:
By popular demand, Escargot de Bourgogne has found a permanent home
on the Folsom Bistro menu in the Appetizers section for $9.95.
Also, the Halibut will now be offered with red potatoes and sauteed spinach.
APP SPECIAL:
House made Gravlax cured with salt, sugar and dill and served with cream cheese,
shallots, capers and toasted house wheat bread for $12.95. A perfect starter for 2!
Prix Fixe Menu...
Our Prix Fixe is the Beet Salad, Duck Entree and Chocolate Tart for $32.95
SPECIAL:
Our Special is an Atkins Rack of Lamb from New Zealand, raised with no
hormones or antibiotics. We are offering the lamb with house corn bread, and
a warm corn, heirloom tomato and red onion salad for $17.95 for a half rack
or $24.95 for a full rack.
Happy Hour is 4:30 to 6:30, featuring $ 4 well cocktails on the patio or at the bar.
We also offer custom Catering services for your special event.
