1. Hop Sing Palace
2. Rice Express on Natoma and Blue Ravine
3. t2 Yuan (what the heck does that mean, by the way?)
My vote is:
1) Hop Sing
2) T2 Yan
3) The one by new Raley's overlooking Mexquite...forgot the name

I just looked at their web site. Way different than it was 12-14 years ago.
It was mostly bar food then, although they had a seated area and served the usual mid range bay area fare. Seems they went way upscale.
My favorite brew place was Stoddards in mountain view, but it seems they've closed. Best jerk chicken/pork I've ever had. The massive burning sensation took two ESB's to put out.
Faultlines India Pale Ale is pretty good. Funny coincidence, I dug out an old Faultline t-shirt from my dresser just a few days ago. Too dang small for me now.

Fats, Sunny Garden & T2Yan are my favorite Chinese Restaurants in Folsom.
A few weeks ago, I went to Umeko Seafood Buffet (Folsom Blvd, Hwy 50 & Howe), on a Sunday afternoon about 3pm & this place was PACKED. China Buffet in Folsom had better food than Umeko Buffet. Demographic perhaps?
Bon Appétit!

Go up 2 posts and obviously chipshot gone does not equal Naga gone.
but I have noticed, with chipshot gone, Naga seems to post a lot less.

Family wanted Chinese the other night so decided to try something different than Asian Bistro in EDH. We went to Sunny Garden and it was VERY GOOD. Like how they have 5 family dinner options 2 at most places but we went off the menu to try new dishes like Honey Chicken (OMG that is good stuff), Pad Thai and Szechuan Shredded Pork. Will be back!

1) T2 Yan - really good food, nice atmosphere, friendly service, open late, and I love's me some salt and pepper fish.
2) Fat's - expensive, but classy and elegant
3) Pho Boc Hoa Viet - I usually end up getting Vietnamese there, but the Chinese dishes I've had were good
4) Sunny Garden - Nice folks, interesting twists on the grub. Basil Beef is outstanding.

1. It sure was a Chinese buffet.
2. Kind of makes me nervous to see all that food sitting out and no one eating it. Makes you wonder how long it's been there... not appetizing.

Much like what Taco Bell is to any restaurant in Mexico.
