Crazy report for June 9 -

After 46 hours of silence on Twitter, today our president volunteered to testify under oath to refute Comey's testimony on Thursday.  There is no attorney in the country who would recommend their client volunteer to provide sworn testimony in any kind of judicial action.  Clearly, the president is obsessed with defending his own ego above all else including critical affairs of state.  If this doesn't indicate some level of "crazy", nothing does.  Trump intends to make this a "he said, she said" situation.  If you were to determine who is more truthful (Trump or Comey), who would you choose?

I would say Comey is 100% truthful.
I was quite impressed at his professionalism and precision in his testimony.

Trump, on the other hand, changes his story day to day.

"Give 'em enough rope and they will hang themselves" seems to apply here.

Comey is not 100% truthful. He has previously claimed UNDER OATH that he did not leak any information or have others do so on his behalf.  This time, he admitted that he gave information to a college professor friend to give to the NYT in the hopes in would result in a special prosecutor.  That being said, Comey is easy to like, Trump is easy to dislike.  I think he is more truthful than Trump, but don't think he is perfect or unflawed. His testimony paints a picture of a flawed individual who made some questionable decisions in no win situations.

The facts are:

1 Comey stated that AG Lynch was trying to influence him in the way he presented the Clinton investigation to coincide with the campaign's message.

2 He did tell Trump (3x) that he was not under investigation

3 The conspiracy theory about Trump and Russia is dead, and Comey killed it with his testimony

No one won in this matter. Comey's image was slightly tarnished, Trump took a hit politically even if he was vindicated on his claims, the media looked even more partisan and ridiculous than before, especially CNN, and  AG Lynch was exposed as a partisan player.  The only ones who looked halfway reasonable, surprisingly, were the Senate committee members who (generally) avoided grandstanding or partisan shots. The glaring exception being poor old McCain. Sadly, he was just reelected for another 6 years. SOmeone needs to take him aside and tell him it is time to shut it down.

Sounds like "alternate facts" there Joe.

Comey is a private citizen now and those are his unclassified notes, not secret government documents.

Every legal expert claims Trump has no case in calling it a "leak."

http://www.politifac...ney-after-come/

The Justice Department, however, has limited jurisdiction over former employees. They can investigate but the remedy in the event of finding wrongdoing would be to make a note in Comey's file should he ever seek to be employed by the Justice Department again.

Comey testified that (AT THAT TIME) that Trump was not "the subject of an investigation." That was months ago.
Now with Robert Mueller as special prosecutor he is collecting Trumps business, tax, and communications records to
determine collusion.
Clue:

http://www.gq.com/st...estigation-team

"Mueller’s biggest hire to date was [Andrew] Weissmann, who is taking a leave from his current post leading the Justice Department’s criminal fraud section.

Now, why would he secure the services of a CRIMINAL investigator?  (Need a clue?)  :huhwhat:
If Trump had any brains at all, he should be worried.

Likewise, all knowledgeable experts agree Russia tried to hack the 2016 presidential election, and this is a "Big Deal" as Comey stated.

The only question left to resolve is whether or not the Trump team colluded with them in the election.

Not fun any more. The debate is over.

Trump is going down.

Now it's a side show to see who remains desperately deluded enough to cling to the hope of getting anything productive out of this administration.

Just like die-hard Nixon supporters, they refused to see the truth until Nixon finally gave a speech where he agreed to resign.

Bye-Bye!  :wave2:

Ok Tio Vinny, think carefully here for change......    Trump goes down, then you get Pence.  Do you libs really want that....?   Trump is middle of the road and Pence is to the right for sure.  Be careful what you wish for......!    Think this one out snowflakes, masked antifas, never Trumps.   Get rid of Trump and we move way far to the right.  I can live with it but can you....?   I think not....!   Be careful what you wish for.....!   Oh, and you dump my President, the guy I voted for, if you kill his POTUS by hook and by crook, by false outrage and riots, I will kill your POTUS by hook and crook, at every turn, vote against you at every turn, everything you want I will vote the opposite just to spite you.  Do you really want me to do what you guys have done to us these last three months.......?   We can do it, we will make it our project, our mission, our reason to exist, our mission in life.   Be careful what you do now as it will be done in return to you, and in spades, in trifecta, in quadruple, double down, triple down, with a cherry on top and then way more just for good measure.....!   An eye for an eye so to speak, but even more....!   Be careful, I am taking notes, taking names, and registering every illegal and obnoxious thing you guys do for my playbook later when a democrat gets elected.   Sleep well...!   Oh, and please put Kamala Harris up next for POTUS, that would be so much fun to take apart piece by piece.....!    Chris

Thanks for the warning Chris, but I feel "Crazy"   :CRAZYLOCO:   is much worse than ultra right.

Pence, though politically out of the mainstream, is at least reasonable and lucid.    :drive:
He knows the Constitution, probably would not withdraw us from the Paris climate accords, which is life-or-death for the planet.

Pence has experience in dealing with Washington, and would most likely appoint a less mobster-oriented cabinet.  :BNANADANCE:    :shoot:

Guess it's a matter of perspective. Surely someone like Romney seems more agreeable now that we've seen the fuming orangutan.

Crazy report for June 12 -

The difficulties don't seem to end.  today, two State Attorneys General filed suit against Trump charging that he's in violation of the Constitution - Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8.  The text of this clause:

No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.

In open defiance of this clause, Trump has retained an ownership position in the Trump International Hotel in Washington DC.  The hotel has become the place to stay for foreign dignitaries and businessmen.  Trump benefits monetarily from these foreign hotel guests, and as such violates the Constitution (which he swore to uphold).  It's a most basic example of a conflict of interest.  What is troubling is that Trump doesn't seem to care and is ignoring the Constitution purposefully.

Trump may think his actions or lack thereof work fine in the business world, and they might.  But please note - Trump has no understanding of how our government works and how the judiciary works.  If you haven't noticed, he keeps losing in federal court.  It's the most effective strategy to impede Trump so far.  And he's not going to be able to influence the federal courts quickly.  Federal judges are appointed for life (Source - US Constitution, Article 3).

This week's TIME magazine front page article is titled "The Swamp Hotel".  It talks in detail about the people staying at the Trump Hotel, who is staying there, why they are staying there, and what benefits they're bringing to the Trump owned business.  The guests are wealthy, prominent, well connected, influential, and looking to make a deal with our "businessman" president that will bestow financial benefit onto both parties.  Trump has dinner there almost every night.

So, it appears that Trump hasn't drained any swamps.  He's simply moved them to the lobby of his hotel.  Perhaps an honest campaign slogan for his 2020 election run will be "TRUMP - I'm for me, and F. U."

Yawn. YOU are the crazy people, and Trump is driving you crazy! Running circles around you! Oh, the irony! You upset that Trump had a Cabinet meeting yesterday? Hey Toto, your sheer, raw hatred and derangement may be unhinging and enraging YOU and the MSM, but it isn't working in the big picture. In fact, it's a big flop, like your candidate Hillary. But keep it up! Maybe one day you'll get some tiny, small victory, like an old Trump parking ticket, and I'll give you a trophy! But rest assured, Trump will serve 8 years moving his agenda forward and making America Great Again, then his very talented, smart family will take over after that. Since you are so unhappy, you are more than welcome to go back to Mexico. I'll even kick-in some gas money. In the meantime Toto, just remember you're not in Kansas any more. You're in Trump's America! Deal with it like an adult, and quit fantasizing about the REAL trash, which is Obama and Democrats. TRUMP 2020!!   :usaflag:

Crazy report for June 15 -

So the investigation continues into the Russia/Trump campaign connection (if there is any).  When people are innocent of any wrongdoing, you would think they would welcome the investigation as it would vindicate them.  However, our president seems to be doing the opposite.  With each step of the investigation, our president becomes more agitated.  Today he launched a Tweetstorm after learning that Mueller had started a criminal investigation for obstruction of justice.  Our president, in the shoes of a defendant, is a prosecutor's dream.  He's basically convicting himself. And all in defense of his ego. Crazy?

Oh sit down and shut up with your *blame Trump for everything* hysteria, you foolish TARD. It's getting old. You've been radicalized by the MSM.  Totally brainwashed, and you watch Rachel Maddow religiously, as you said recently, so you instantly lose credibility on anything. So again, shut up with your insane rambling and go back to your safe space where you can still pretend that the *Russia Hoax* is real. You have serious *issues*.
