If everything I posted for years we're determined to be false or, at best, complete nothing burgers, I would think twice before posting garbage again.
We all know the definition of insanity....
Slow, what I think it is, in debating with die hard liberals over the decades, what they want is pure and righteous, they really, really, want to help the hungry, the poor, the disadvantaged, the homeless, the needy ones who have no money or no health insurance, they really do care, they want to step in and help. They want the "feel good" solution from their perspective, to make themselves feel good. The problem is that they want you and I to pay for it all, and to no end, infinite "chances" for their "projects", their "voters" for their liberal democrat party...... The "disconnect" is that they are blinded by their endless compassion. And I say "endless" with great understanding....... I, as a conservative, a Catholic, I give you several chances, 3 or 4, maybe even 5 or 6......? then I cut you off. No alcohol, no Oxy, no Xanax, no place to sleep, no car supplied by me, no car insurance that I pay, no co-sign for a loan, and no, you can't sleep in front of my house in your car. You can't sleep in the garage, and no, you can't chain smoke in my garage, in my house, even on my property. You are done, especially after you stole all the family silver, jewelry, old coins, anything of value from the house........ Not to mention the guns that went missing a year ago...........! Sold that car I bought for you when you said you were straight and cool and had a job for that week and a half...., on the wagon, no drugs, no alcohol, yep right, did not last even two weeks. And all the medications missing from the drug cabinet........ Anything you could sell for a hit. Conservatives are hard love and have limits, liberals have endless love and no limits. The liberals compare themselves to Christ. What works in real life is the "cutoff" of all support, tough love. If you want to see them dead just keep enabling them. The same behavior over and over again. One approach works, the other just enables and postpones the inevitable death but makes the enablers "feel good" about themselves for awhile, these are the "liberals". They actually enable the death but think they did the right thing. All about "emotion" for liberals and not about "facts" and "reality". They just don't have that "critical thinking" and "reality" gene in my opinion. Chris
