Mylo, here's another question curious people want to know...

On the kite: "What's your favorite line from a song?", why is everybody writing the whole song, instead of just one line? rockguitar.gif smileyparty.gif
Oh, look, Stevie Ray Vaughn and friends again!

Because the majority of people don't read instructions. Please refer to CV's chart.

... I'm amazed at all the England questions. I moved over 20 years ago and that's all you guys want to know about?

Ok, – who ARE you – at your core? I’m not asking your age, your income, or your job title. I am not inquiring about your astrological sign. What I want to know is – what do you really believe in? What do you value above all else? What’s the central philosophy by which you live your life?

If you really have a job, how do you have so much time to answer all these questions?

Relationships. I am an echo of what and who I know and relate with. Without those, I am nothing.

I do currently have a job. I sit at a desk, today diagnosing why my XML parser isn't splitting correctly on my regexp. It's kinda boring work, and all I have to do is hit reload/reply for 5 seconds. I'm pretty good at multitasking on the computer. I also type fast.

Maybe we should organize a search party?

I don't know. I havent met many British people here. I've actually met more Irish residents of Folsom than British. I don't work for Intel. I immigrated for my Dad's job in the south bay area. I moved up to Sacramento for the weather in 2001, and to Folsom for the community.

I will likely stay in California for the rest of my life. New Zealand is on my list, although I've never been there. It would take A LOT to get me to move back to England.
Sorry, never heard of it sad.gif

Mylo, if New Zealand is someplace you think you would like to visit, go as soon as you can. It's still fairly inexpensive (once you get there) but not the way it used to be and it's getting more expensive all the time. Air New Zealand has non-stops from SFO to Auckland. It is really worth the time and money.
