ouch.. Thanks for ruining it for me.

So for my typical meal of a # 1 (Double Double, Fries and a dr pepper), I am looking at the following totals:

1500 Calories
60 Grams of fat
1700MG of Sodium

ouchieeeeeee.

I wonder how long do I need to hit the treadmill to get rid of the 10-15 minutes of pure bliss of taste????

30 mins on a treadmill at 4.5mph with an 11% incline burns for me approx 450 calories. if you are not in shape and your body is not used to working out you will have a slower metabolism which means you will have a reduced after burn.

you can eat at In N Out but if you don't exercise in life, well then expect to be a lard a**.

well, there are the 12 oz curls. using your biceps, lift can of beer to lips and drink, when can gets too light, discard can and get another.
I would rather be Backpacking

the empty aisle ways in those pictures were full last night and the drive through line went well beyond the parking lot, with the traffic starting to stick out onto E Bidwell. It was shoulder to shoulder. There were people standing right around our table with no where else to go. Its strange having people stand over you while you eat. We did get our food in about 15 minutes. They are very well prepared for the crowds. We had to park past the Chevron in the parking lot across the street. Needless to say there were several Folsom police overlooking it all.

Yeah.....we went there for lunch, but we went early......we got there at 11:15......shortly after we sat down, everyone started coming. We had our food within 10 minutes, and I counted at least 20 employees working behind the counter, bussing tables, checking with the diners, etc.

It was YUMMY, as usual!

Judging by what I've seen at other In-N-Outs in the area, that should be in about...um...never! Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and deal with the crowd.
