The recession of the U.S. economy has created a crisis in consumer confidence and has severely impacted the ability of retail and restaurant businesses to grow expand or diversify. Retailers and restaurateurs alike are taking a “wait and see” attitude and delaying any plans for a new unit or store expansions until there is clear indication that consumer confidence and the economy will turn positive. Economist predict; “a bottom late in 09 and a slow recovery through the subsequent twenty four months”. We therefore plan to phase it’s openings through late 2010 commensurate with the retailers adjusted timelines for expansion to new projects.
Elliott Homes has the strength to survive cyclical markets as such and is here to support the community. Folsom unlike many area markets continues to thrive during this downturn and barring an unforeseen further collapse of the U.S. financial or retail markets… Palladio WILL become the promised crown jewel of the region.
Regards,
Elliott Homes

So good, ya posted it twice.
I continue to see movement/progress, but I have no idea when the first thing will open.
Isn't it supposed to be the movie theatre? Or has that changed as well?
Well, technically, I guess Kaiser beat them to it.

and I also apparently don't know how to spell "glad." I wonder how it was posted twice. Some sort of glitch, I suppose.
from the link to the city, it looks like the theater has been approved as well.

Wasn't the theater supposed to open in Nov of this year?
