Quite weekend...maybe they are all dead!

I understand your frustrations with living in that area, but wishing people are dead isn't appropriate to be saying. I'm sorry but that's how I feel...

I don't think anyone wished them dead, just speculated that's one reason it would be quiet over there for a change. A better guess might be mass arrests.
"Sometimes on purpose and sometimes by accident, teachers' unions have a long history of working against the interests of children in the name of job security for adults. And Democrats in particular have a history of facilitating this obstructionism in exchange for campaign donations and votes." . . .Amanda Ripley re "Waiting for Superman" movie.

I bought it at a real steal.....talk about a fire sale. BTW, my derelict son just released from FSP needed a place, so I told him that he and his friends could hang out there for a while until they got back on their feet. I figure a half-way house there would at least be a step up from what you are used to????

How much of a steal...even just a balpark? And you will be throwing Roy out right? You are a prince...I love you and there is a big basket of homemade muffins for them if they aren't meth-heads.

Mike, she was offering you free, fresh muffins. I just would of gone with it.

On another note though, how would the new owners go about cleaning out the chemicals and residue from the residence? Would they have to tell their homeowners insurance company about it's past history?

I am just asking because I know of a home that had mold. Anyone that purchased it would have to tell their insurance company about it and also carry a special policy which was expensive.

I was just kiding too. A touble teenage kid would do horribly there. I feel sorry for the new owners. They are going to have meth heads knocking on there door for years. I am sure that the seller HAS to at least tell the owner that their new home was featured in the paper as the Met mansion....but if not I hope the saile goes through before they find out! Then I will be making muffins!
