Sounds good but the tour will have to be during the day - they close at 4:30pm
Info: We are open for self guided tours Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 4:30pm. Guided tours for groups of eight or more are available by appointment.

Let's do sushi once a month, our wallets will thank us. Say, the second Weds of each month? That would make Jan 9. I could go for an early evening (flying to FLA the next day).
If Wasabi isn't open by then, let's do the Old Town one. Then sometime I want to take y'all to my favorite Midtown sushi place, Nishiki (nishikisushi.com).
