I think it was about 5 years. I've still never shot a pistol. I keep trying to convince my gun loving coworker to take me shooting, but he keeps flaking.
I was raised and personally am still quite a pacifist. However, I have a fascination with war and technology, and hence a deep appreciation of firearms. If anyone wants to go to a range with me lemme know!
