That's from the SigForum ? Have they never heard of the SIG P 210 ???

http://www.p210.com/ "Best" can mean many things , but this should be in the group.

Agree , X5 quickly taking over.

Yeah, I can't see how they could have left the P210 off of that list, particularly since it's a sig forum. IMO, the 210 and the Browning Hi-Power belong on any list of excellent 9mm pistols.

Instead of choosing a different weapon, I'd stick with the Glock and just order online.

Topgunsupply, Ordnance Outseller, SCP Firearms are reliable sellers per SigForum members.

I used to have a S&W 9mm (not Sigma line) and hated it. Got rid of it to fund a P226 9mm. I can't comment on the S&W but I'd pick up an HK USP9 (or USP9c), Sig P226 (or P229) 9mm any day. Glock 19 would be my 3rd choice (I just prefer the DA/SA actions of the former 2).

They may have been limiting to weapons that are still readily available. Not sure....

I have a friend trying to source a G19 for you right now. He's in Ione and deals primarily with law enforcement, but will also do some work for us regular citizens. I'll let you know if he can track one down for you.

Wow! Can he do a private party transfer for me -- I'd like an HK45. smile.gif

That's a good question - he is law enforcement, so technically he could acquire a brand new HK45 from an out of state dealer (which us regular folk cannot) and then PPT to me! That would rule. I'm sure there are "rules" about those kind of purchases though rolleyes.gif

Yea, I'm sure there are rules. But if he knows a way to get me an HK45 legally, I'm all ears! I'd love to get one.

SHOCKER: Wild Sports has about 5 Glock 19's in stock, $519. They also have that S&W Sigma 9mm which is pretty nice too (they copied Glock) for $319, including 2 additional magazines ($80 value).

Now I'm torn....

Decisions...
