Thanks - I tried my best to talk him out of it, but once he made his decision I am absolutely 100% supportive. Lots of cards and care packages.

I'm guessing tales of my cooking and kitchen mishaps have provided some laughter for the troops.

I have made it before, but this time I bought some from Malabar Indian Market. It's pretty good for frozen Naan.

Kind of did the lazy thing tonight Costco Tamales and Rice A Roni Mexican Rice.. it was delish..
