Oven Fried Potatoes. Gourmet Healthy Food.
You can buy the same bread at Costco: La Brea Bread.

I may try the burger, go light on the condiments and substitute something else for their potato wedges.
If they want to make their fries healthier by not deep frying them in oil, there are ways to bake and "air fry" them in ways that taste better than the way they are described in the reviews here.

You know, the Sac Bee, or at least the local Folsom/EDH newspapers could take a lead from you guys on how to do a food review.

well said! ideally they should have cut those potatoes to 1/4 inch thick, then added a slight bit of olive oil, some oregano, thyme and salt and pepper and they would have tasted great - also cooking them longer - at least 10 minutes would help "bake" the potatos to a much better consistency.
Its hard though trying to make gourmet potatos in fast food time.... the best potatos I've made are sliced, spiced and fried lightly - they're almost like potato chips, except better.
Good fries are hard to find - my favorites I've had so far are at Red Robbin (I love steak fries), Manderes and In-n-Out

I just got back from an east coast jaunt and stopped by a Billy Goat Tavern, you know the place from the SNL skit.
While not gourmet, the "Borger" really wasn't too bad and the atmosphere was great. I'm thinking if the someone spent a few hundred dollars refurbishing the "Big Dip" and opened it up as a Billy Goat, It would be an instant success!
