Whoa...... I thought you like Vienna Beef dogs, no?

Vienna Beef dogs are the best, but they still don't do a lot for me. You have to be able to have them with the neon-green relish and celery salt, along with all the other Chicago fixins, which you don't get out here often.

I knew there was something about Dirty Harry that I liked.... mustard only on hot dogs... food of the gods

This is what you put on a hot dog: mustard, onion, sweet pickle relish (usually a dyed neon green variety called "Nuclear Relish"), a dill pickle spear, tomato slices or wedges, sport peppers, and a dash of celery salt; sometimes, but not always, cucumber slices; but never ketchup. I like the toppings more than the dog itself!

Isn't that a Chicago Dog?
(We watch entirely too much Food Network around here...)
The best thing to put on a tofu dog is pickled green tomatos.

I received a note from someone I knew in H.S. (30 years ago) and went out with once... VERY nice guy, although at the time I wasn't into dating nice guys. The note he sent this week mentioned that he used to play with my hair in class as it sat behind me and my hair was long at the time.

I'm not sure whether to be flattered or freaked...

Flattered (kind of) that he was into you.

Freaked (definitely) that he did it and it took him 30 years to tell you.

My boy had his two-month doctor visit and shots today. He was looking at me and the doctor with a big smile at the moment the first needle went in. Seeing his face change from a smile, to "WTF was that!", to "ok, that hurt... time to scream" was tough to watch. Mom didn't handle it very well. Needle number two and three were no easier.

Thanks! He lives in Grand Rapids, MI. I'm not sure what the job market looks like there, but I'm guessing it's about the same all over. Fortunately he and my sister know a lot of people... time to start networking.

So I'm eyeballing jobs in the Grand Rapids area for my bil, and found a "Monkey Making Venture" opportunity! Just how do they do that? lol

You can start out with only two monkeys.
