Isn't that the evolution of a voter? Born Democrats, then their eyes open and they become Republicans, their brain engages and they're Independent of both parties, time passes, wisdom begins and they become a Libertarian, then they become self-realized and they become.......

I recall someone saying something like, if you're not a Democrat in your college years you're heartless, if you're still a Democrat in your 20s, you're naive, and if you're a Democrat in your 30s you're blind.
