I believe that for too long, the island nation of Japan has had to bear the brunt of dealing with the world's giant radioactive sea monsters, and it's time for other island nations, such as England, to step up to the plate and quit ducking their responsibility.

Yup. And maybe if England had been, oh I dunno *actually paying attention* and had intercepted him, he wouldn't have been able to sneak up on us like that.
