Mexican, believe it or not, is actually among the most vegan friendly cuisines.
By the way, it is REALLY easy to ask for NO sour cream or cheese and just Guacamole
(which is vegan) and Salsa

The owners of St. Pauli Inn also own Bavarian Hills on apple hill in Camino. Same concept, German food and apple deserts. The food was pretty good but this was before the great global economic crash so they may not even be in business anymore.

some store bought guacamole's have sour cream in them, so it isn't universal that they are all vegan. you can even find recipes online for guac that use sour cream
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutesIngredients:
•2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pits removed
•16 ounces sour cream
•2 medium tomatoes, chopped
•3 green onions, chopped
•1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
•a few drops of Tabasco or other hot sauce

That's fine if that is how you make it, but that doesn't hold true for every recipe out there.
When I make homemade guac, I'm the ultimate in purist, nothing but smashed avocado and a little bit o'salt.
I just know that others don't hold to that form. So my point was to those that think guac is guaranteed to conform to a vegan diet, it might not, depending upon who makes it.

Sorry to hear about Extreme Pizza. We ate at one in the bay area once and it was great. Times are very tough. We are feeling it, especially during the summer.
Was there a burger hut in Folsom? I am drawing a blank on that.
