I had a pastrami reuben at Togo's the other day, it was pretty good and it didn't take a 1/2 hour to make.

Were you there today? Me too! My first visit - but not my last! Ihad the italian combo - delish! Also got a calzone to go for dinner tonight. Yummy!

Started with some leftover white rice and leftover spaghetti sauce.
mixed them together. took some dried onions and dried garlic and re-constituted them in the microwave, mixed that in. chopped up some sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil and added that. took some sliced calabrese sausage from the freezer and mixed that in. added some grated cheese, and now it is all set for "cooking" in the microwave.
Don't know what to call it though, maybe Italian Rice? It's kinda like spanish and/or mexican rice. It's got ingredients that would be used in a pizza, but substituting rice for pizza dough (and compared to a pizza, very light on the cheese).
