I went to Hometown Buffett in Citrus Heights for Saturday night dinner. I had 3 chicken breasts, 1 leg, 5 slices of ham, 1 bowl of soup, huge amount of ice cream, etc. A real pig out.

Last time I went to Homtown Buffett I saw a guy who sat on 2 chairs and broke one of them. I think he is around 600 lbs. No kidding.

Hey, I'm the one cooking! At least 80% of the time. I try not to cook a feast all the time and so we don't always have leftovers.

Try this... cook a lot of food over the weekend, and then freeze it. After a few weekends you'll have quite a variety, and just keep cooking through the weekend and freezing food....

My wife is a great cook. She can cook dishes from just about anywhere in the world. Before we had kids, she'd cook on the weekends and freeze a portion of what she cooked, then she'd have that for lunch during the week. Yum....!

Once she cooked 10-12 different dishes in a single day.... what a feast.... now that we have kids cooking is more of a hit and miss proposition....

I can't cook..... or play a musical instrument .... or draw/paint..... no talent whatsoever, that's why I work in corporate America.... smile.gif

Cook for one weekend about 100 dishes, then freeze kem for the whole year! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

My wife spent couple hours cooking and freezing for the whole week, while I flip the TV channels and keep her entertained. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
