My earlier post: I just waded through all 17 pages of your comments and I have to inquire: why is Tokyo Sushi "banned?"
Still haven't seen an answer to this puzzling question....? 'Splain, please? Glad my question invited discussion about a sushi outing (I'd like to maybe join you, if you allow newbies), but I am making up all kinds of horrendous stories in my head about restaurant or patron misbehavior... would like the real story!

I think I'm the one that used the word "banned" WRT Tokyo Sushi. Namely, because I walked in there and it *wreaked* of fish. That equates to rotting, to me. AKA, not fresh. We walked out.
They also do sushi boats and all you can eat specials, all tactics for getting rid of old fish quickly.
