Walls do work. I have been on both sides of the (former) wall between east and west Germany.  Not just in Berlin, but also along the border in the forest. There was near zero border leakage. Of course, they were more politically "committed."  Worked for China for a couple hundred years as well. Worked at the Maginot Line for a few decades. Heck, works for me with my neighbors.  Nothing wrong with blocking unwanted incursion and forcing people to go through legitimate border crossings

First, more Mexicans are now LEAVING the US than are entering.
Second building a wall is a useless and unnecessary expense, that (again) uninformed taxpayers will be burdened with.
Third, most illegals come in legally using a plane, bus, or car, and simply overstay their visas.

Fourth: Walls don't work. Not for long. This is true of the Berlin Wall, The Great Wall of China, and the firewall in your computer.

Finally, and most significant, the idea that killing someone you incorrectly see as inferior or undesirable is

  legally prohibited, morally offensive, and spiritually bankrupt.

 

These repeated, thinly veiled threats of violence against those you don't like

reflect exactly the same personality disorder and fear mongering that got the Crimson Weasel

into the White House.
