Not sure it's a yes or no answer.
Generally, that's a decision left up to the states.

You have to wonder though about "Stupid States" like Texas and Florida,
where the governors are literally killing their own voters by spreading disinformation,

and discouraging vaccinations and masks that save lives.

Ethical question for you:

Is it wise for Florida Governor DeSantis to forbid mask mandates in schools?

(Note: It's the state with the highest new cases in the nation.
