sorry. I mean Natural Foods Supermarket or like the COOP in Elk grove. There were rumors that the El Dorado Hills Ralphs may be a location, but I am not sure what the facts are.

ED THE BEVICKS or " Ed's easy Diner". Has anyone been to the one in Hollywood?? That place is an absolute blast. People from all over thworld go there. All the waiters are actors and they are hillarious. Once I went there and I had a waiter that started to cry so loud when we were ordering. It was hillarious. Once an hour, all the waiters (dressed in various 50's and 60's hairdos) will get on top of the tables to dance and sing to the YMCA.

The whole place is jumping and dancing. FUN.FUN.FUN.

I have not seen a place like that anywhere in NOrthern Cali.

The Beverly Hills restaurant has closed. There are only two Ed Debevic's restaurants now; one in Chicago and one in suburban Chicago's Lombard. They are fun.

Yeah, the last non-Illinois one (in Milwaukee) closed too. So it's off to Chicago for your Ed Debevic's rude-waitress, 50s dancing diner fix.

It's a high-end store that sells some gourmet foods, kitchen gadgets and the like. There's one in Napa.

A Yankee Candle Shop would have been great, back in the days when it was a family owned business. Now that it's been sold out, it just isn't the same any more. I miss driving to Sturbridge, MA every fall for candles!!! mmmmm...

Hi,

I've only been in Folsom for about 6 months, and here's what I'm thinking...

Whole Foods and/or Andronicos

A large cheese shop that sells the Cow Girl Creamery brand - yum! Throw in some Acme bread and I'm in heaven.

Apple Store

Fry's

Williams-Sonoma

More Thai and Vietnamese restaurants

Cheers,
Phil

It seems that vietnamese food isn't highly appreciated in this town. Pho Bac Ho Viet just took over a place on E. Bidwell, but it never seems busy. Have you tried it yet?

For Thai, we always go to Thai Siam in The Lakes shopping center (by Lake Natoma Inn)
