I am planning on making a pruchase of a 3-bd condo at Waterford place and seeking opinion about the neighborhood and any history of offence/crime in this neighborhood. Please share any experiences!

Not all the units have/had mold....But there are some that definately do.

Greater than 60% of the units tested positive for mold.
