The food is good, prices are good, very nice environment, CLEAN, a salsa bar, A flat screen tv on the wall.. very nice!!
Anyways, ask for Danny and let him know his brother in law Adam sent you to try the place out..
Good luck on finding a nice place to eat for you and your 9 guests.. =)
YES!!!! This place is easily the best in Folsom. Hands down!

Stephanie,
you might check out Hacienda and Que Bole too. They might be a little more, but the atmosphere is more "I'm taking you out to lunch as a thank you" than the other hole in the walls. Not to say the food is any better, but just shop around and see if you can afford the slightly nicer atmosphere.

How can you definitively say that?? Have you visited all 96 Mexican restaurants in Folsom?? I highly doubt it, davburrito.....

Stephanie, 4th gen is right about some of the suggestions, but Sol Azteca also fits in with the Hacienda & Q' bole, but in my opinion has much more authentic mexican and a very pleasant staff. Hacienda's best advantage is on pleasant weather days, it's nice to sit out on the patio, but this time of year, not so nice.
While I & my family will go to Rincon, Taqueria, and some of the others mentioned, I wouldn't take my employees for a luncheon there.

If you go to Hacienda or Que Bole your employees will hate you because the food plain out sucks at these 2 places. Sol Azteca is much better and reasonable on the prices.

I used to eat at Rubio's all the time. Then I looked at the amount of salt in ONE burrito; it was more than you should have in a day.
By the way - Can you change your name to 'davburrito'? That was pretty funny and I'll laugh every time.

I hear that, its why we only go to Rubios once every few months or so ..... too much salt but dang they taste good.
hehehe yeah I got a kick outta davburrito too (well played chip)... if I ever open up Folsom's 100th mexican restaurant, I'll consider naming it that
