It seems David Hernandez used to be a male stripper. I'll have to refresh my memory tonight re which one he is! He won't be booted for his past.

He totally looks like a stripper! I told my husband I thought David H was gay, but my husband didn't believe me. I don't know if he actually IS gay, but working in a gay bar makes sense.

I doubt he'll get booted, either, unless he messes up.

I bet he gets booted too. I also thought he was gay...but who knows. Maybe he just seems like it cuz he is used to performing in a gay club? I dunno. I'm rooting for David Archuelta and Jason Castro anyways.

Me, too! I think Jason Castro is a cutie pie and he seems so down-to-earth. Of course, David Archuleta is amazing. The mom in me just wants to grab him and give him a big hug. He busts me up. I just hope it doesn't get old soon.

I won't take that as an insult. I'll assume you know I can communicate intelligently and actually contribute something to a conversation. I swear she becomes more and more useless each season.

Brown - I'd be interested to see what he looks like without the dreds. I'm not a big fan, either, but they seem to fit his personality.

So, any guesses on who'll be cut? Luke is definitely history. I think Danny should go, but he won't, thanks to VFTW. I'm betting maybe Michael Johns.

Lets see the results and how close I am- My friend and I have been watching together weekly and giving scale of 1-10 for each person and so far our lowest two have been cut each week... Danny needs to go but he won't he is a decent singer but his flamboyance is a little much for me...

Ditto that. If they want an American idol shouldn't they eliminate people that give you the oogies?

The first two girls last night were the weakest IMHO. There are some really good singers (both male and female) this season. I guess that means if I start voting I'll have to do it based on charisma, giving Archuleta a definite boost.

Did anyone else notice that the scary girl (can't remember her name, but she freaks me out) seemed uncomfortable? I was wondering if it had anything to do with VFTW. I'd feel weird knowing there was a website out there telling people to vote for me based on how bad I am. If she makes it to the next round, she won't know if it's because she did well, or because she sucks.

I'm not really impressed with any of the girls, but I'm really hoping Kady goes home. I don't really care about the rest.

The girl who lost her father just before her audition....i did not see her last night. How did she sing? She seems to have a good voice.

That was Asia'h (or however you spell her name). She did okay. I don't think she was awesome. She sang "I wanna dance with somebody" by Whitney. She'll probably be around after tonight.
