Let the wild speculation, and accusations of wild speculation, begin.

I'll get a head start: You know, Hitler used to dump bodies in rivers, during the holocaust!

I'm almost tempted to call my bro-in-law. He has a buddy that has jumped off that bridge more than once. It's a miracle he hasn't killed himself. Maybe the high BAC helps with the impact.

which bridge? we currently have three to chose from, soon to be four.

no matter what....poor guy. that's a heck of a way to end up.

in other news...there is blood on the door of some business on Sutter Street and a car knocked down lamp posts at the Lake Natoma Inn. busy times in old town.

Not if it wasn't in the police log he didn't!

Oh yeah, I always forget about the other bridge. The crazy guy jumps off the Rainbow Bridge. (I didn't read the article, so I don't know where the body was found.)

Okay. In my defense, someone could jump/fall from the Rainbow Bridge and float down there, right? smile.gif

absolutely! they could have been anywhere upstream of, or on, the lake natoma crossing. rainbow, truss bridge, fishing on the rocks, drunk, heart attack, who knows. more likely he went in closer to where they found him though. that water is cold!

Do you need a defense?

<tongue in cheek>

I did think that, too.

Just hope the crazy stuff on this thread gets dropped.

I'm sure no one would like going home tonight, and finding out it was a neighbor or relative.

the person might have got a ticket for making one of those confusing turns onto folsom from iron point and after no success in pleading his case, decided to end it all with a jump off the bridge

The man is not a Folsom resident. Police know his identity and are contacting next of kin.
