My guess is prolly not.

Cost too much to install residential "cell lines" on their data base.

Most probably not... I believe the system roles out to hard wire phones within the geo area chosen at the time. I'm going to ask those in the know about that though.... I'll get back to ya..


actually, the 911 systems can register cell and VOIP. You would have to check with Folsom Police to see if they have support for it yet.
