Any updates on when Straw Hat Pizza is opening? Their website still shows "coming soon to Folsom". I also grew up and enjoyed the Straw Hat in Concord as a kid. I am looking forward to having a pizza place nearby with things for the kiddies to enjoy. Mtn. Mikes has a very limited selection of games...

They are OPEN! We have been there already, the place looks really great! The pizza is pretty good too! Friendly owner too.

I loved Straw Hat and had it more in Marin County in the late 80s (before I even lived in the area). There's some in SJ too and they're pretty good, just expensive. That's one thing that really makes a difference as opposed to when you're a kid - other people are paying for it, lol.

Arg, just spent 20 minutes placing an online order for Straw Hat pizza delivery, their site would not accept their own coupon from the same site, only to have the phone ring after 2 minutes and the manager telling me that I could either pick it up myself or wait 2 hours because she didn't have a driver available. Canceled the order, ordered online from Papa John's, used their coupon(actually it applied automatically), saved $20, and the pizza is already here. Yum.
