Tried it, liked it. A small comfy sort of place. They have Celebration on tap. We made fun of the menu listing a weenie with "Traditional Condiments"

There were I guess about 15 beers on tap. For such a small place that has to present a pretty good chunk of capital. Emphasis was on ale & pils styles, not Belgians. Unlike say Manderes they also have hard alcohol.

I had the pleasure of dropping in the other day, and have to say I really like this place!
You can kind of feel the old time ambience that fits well with the historic old town district.
I met with Dillon the owner and Deb the bartender, both very pleasant folks and very hospitable. I of course had to sample a few of the many offerings and found them very good. I plan on going back to sample some of the menu offerings. I think they will do well here, so do encourage you to pay them a visit. This is the kind of place that can become a mini (Cheers) as time passes. A good afterwork decompression chamber. hehe

Well, it's good that the owner's name is Dillon. That's a good sign for a potentially Irish pub. Was there any foreign contingent? It's mandatory to have some Euro feeling to the pub, preferably Irish, but just about any will do. I do a great combo Irish/ Scottish brogue after a few pints.

When there was just a sign in the window, it said "American Fare"

Wife and I stopped by Samuel Horne's for Dinner tonight. Was only 1 other table besides ours - so get the word of mouth out there!

We like what they've done with the place and we took one of the booths and perused the menu.

We ordered a Burger (her) and the Steak and Peppers Sandwich (him), and they were very good! She had a glass of Rosenblum Zinfandel and I had the Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA.

For those who know good beer, Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA wins all kinds of awards, and is a GREAT IPA! I was very excited to see it on draft!!

Someone wanted a Draft List, so I shot this from the booth with my Droid, I know it's not clear, but you can read the current Draft list:

Ooohhh Me So Hoppy!

We'll definately be back!

I'm thinking "Love on the Rocks" by Neil Diamond - and I'm not proud I know this.

2 thumbs up from us. I think they kinda limited themselves with the seating arrangements, but the food and beer was very good. FYI - no shots, no pitchers. They're not that kind of place.
