I got 3 out of 4. I guess the Jets' victory shouldn't come as a shock. The Chargers have choked many times in the playoffs. I feel badly for them, because they have such talent. I don't understand why they are so easy to shut down in the playoffs.
My Saints looked great, as did Minnesota. I think the NFC wins the Superbowl this year.

Wondering if Kaeding will be looking for a new job for next year.
Was nice to see a rookie quarterback win in the playoffs though.
Another great day in the adventure of exploration and sight.

Who ya picking? I haven't done my analysis yet, but based on how and who they played this past weekend,
My first glance I pick
Colts over the Jets
&
Vikings over the Saints
I'll have to go pull some numbers to see if my analysis backs up my gut.

my secondary analysis shows jets have a slight edge
checking the current betting spread
Colts are favored by 7-7.5 points
Saints are favored by 4-4.5 points.
I think I'll stick with my gut for this week.

* 4 of the their losses this year came on the road.
* If you've ever been to the Superdoame, you know how loud it can get. Expect lots of 'off sides' calls.
* Michael Irvin says that it's not just the noise, it's the vibration. He said it 'shakes your bones.'
* The Saints defense is whole again, with both starting cornerbacks back. Expect blitzes on Favre
* The Saints can strike quickly, and when Favre is behind, he starts trying to force passes in where they don't belong.
The Jets will lose because:
* Come on!

Jets over Colts.
Wishful thinking on my part in both cases. The Vikes are a possibility, the Jets probably not.

Looks like the Bears might ask to interview Rob Chudzinski for their offensive coordinator vacancy.
