I did hear a proposal that every time the legislator proposes something (like changing a state rock), they have to include what lobbyist requested it and how much money was received. This would be a good first start to exposing these money sucking (err I mean respectable elected officials).

I propose we adopt a city rock, that infamous Folsom Potato sometimes known as river rock.
Ya know the type, anyone that has tried to dig in their backyard knows this ubiquitous part of landscaping.
