if rhe old boat is still there it might be time for some trickery...put an anti american sign on the old boat and call channel 3....they will come out and do a story and then some wild patriot will come out and take the boat abay...sort of like what happened at that nuts house in sacramento that was hanging the american soldiers uniform

be careful thought cause unconsiderate neighbors usually have dogs that bite

Sorry folks... I have been extremely busy.... I am putting the third letter in the mail tonight.... I ask the party to resolve the issue in 10 days in each of the letters. The next step is legal action which I am prepared to do ... but would prefer not to. I have already spoken with my lawyer and we are preparing action. I will keep you more up to date in the coming days. Thanks for keeping me on my toes!!

I am extremely happy to report that the boat has been moved from our neighbors home at 1009 Pintail. I am very glad we were able to resolve this issue with out additional steps :-) If the folks at 1009 Pintail monitor this board I would like to thank you for resolving this issue. I will be sending a follow up letter thanking them for their cooperation.... ..... We now need to work on getting the BBQ and other garbage out of the front lawn....

The orange paint outlining something might be a future concern, but we'll have to wait and see. Thanks again Sea Ray

Folsom Daycare Provider.... you are very welcome..... I am viewing the Orange paint as a potential RV access drivway extension.... lets all hope for the best but keep a keen eye.

I saw it yesterday. It looks like it will be for future RV access.

I too saw the boat back, I'm not sure why these Pintail residence do not think CC&R's refer to them. I hope you didn't send that "thank you" note to soon. These are the types of neighbors that clearly think the rules do not apply to them. madsmiley.png

Yes unfortunately it is back.... I saw the boat attched to the truck and thought simply that the folks were taking a nice ride on Folsom lake during a beautiful weekend... unfortunately it is back in the driveway... and in the lawn. I am very tired of this... I am calling the lawyer in the morning.

Did anyone notice how nice these folks home looked without the boat there.... I saddened that we have to go through this mess.

Sea Ray, to add to your list have you notice that the unsafe boat folk also completely block the sidewalk with the basketball hoop? These people are unsafe, inconsiderate and not very good neighbors madsmiley.png

Doesn't code enforcement handle the basketball hoop issue? madsmiley.png I'm still thinking that these inconsiderate type neighbors should move to a place that doesn't have CC&R's or neighbors who care about their neighborhood!

I should have sold my house in Briggs Ranch to them. It would been quite a battle between the inconsiderate neighbor I'm leaving.

Then again, maybe they would have taken their "I don't give a rat's ***" attitude to themselves and been quite the matching pair.

There's a city ordinance keeping hoops from blocking sidewalks. Just call code enforcement on that one. Give them an address. They'll send a letter and then follow up with removal if it is not done by the homeowner.

Willowsprings is a nice neighborhood, but if neighbors like the unsafe boat folks out number the folk who do give a sh_t then it won't stay nice long. RV's & boats don't belong in front of your home on your driveway, I believe that's what the CC&R's said and that's part of why I moved to this neighborhood. If I wanted to live next to or in the same development as Mr & Mrs I don't give a sh_t then I would have moved into another neighborhood. madsmiley.png without CC&R's
