I heard this at one of the Folsom city council meetings.

Cleaning up the graffiti on Rainbow Bridge is not easy. It is not like going to a sound wall and painting over the graffiti.

On the bridge they have to be very careful not to let any of the paint chips drop down into the water below. I guess they need to grind the paint off, not just paint over it.

I just wish there was some way to catch these people and hang them from the bridge. Just kidding of course.

Anyone from the Folsom that works in the cleaning up of graffiti please respond to this.

Thanks
A VETERAN Whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount "up to and including their life". That is HONOR, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it. -Author unknown-

Funny, the taggers with spray paint didn't seem to care.

To me, it's just an excuse. There is no excuse for allowing vandalism to our city's most treasured icon. I don't care how hard it is to fix, it needs to be done.

We should hang them by their hands off of the bridge for a little while. Make them feel some pain.
