I have been working and attending there for two years and i have seen go from the portables to the new buildings we have now. I hope to see you all taking a class in the Fall.
Joe,
How can I reach the 8k students? I seek to hire some of them.
Thanks.

I have a new username, but I am the same guy. I no longer work there but I would suggest called 608-6500 and talk to the person in charge of outreach possibly. They used to allow employment postings in the sutdent lounge. Good luck.

The new library is by the zoo and FLC is near broadstone (Home Depot).
We won't be turning into a 4 year college any time soon. We are going to be the central music program for the Los Rios district with a great performing arts center next year.

Since we all hear complaints about high school students, let's shift the blame to those rowdy college kids and make Folsom into a college town.
And what about all those students who start coming here that are "too liberal" to fit in with what the Folsom community deems "acceptable"?

It's true, Brett. We have had fliers posted in there for a while, but we don't get much response. There are SO many fliers in there that yours can't help but get lost in the shuffle.
I would go in and speak w/ some of the career people.

We don't have a Career Center. We are getting a new job posting board now that the Student Services building is expanding.

Hey Gina, thats me the one and only. Isn't that funny you orginally replied to this thread indicating that you wanted to work at FLC. It's good to see it worked out.
