Those parents are COWARDS and the dad is a REAL winner being under the influence @ 8 am.

Maybe he was celebrating with those in Egypt.

The news implied he was under the influence of an unknown substance.

Curious if there is a connection with the recent post on Heroin in Folsom.

Check out this morning's (2/14) Sacramento Bee "Our Region" section. On the front page there's pics of the neighbor and the rubble of what's left of the mobile home. A pile of twisted, melted metal n plastic.
The neighbor who saved the two kids name is Mark Carlile. He twice went into the burning mobile home, crawling on his hands and knees, to search for the two kids, bringing each one out separately. Truly a hero. As for the parents,...cowards. Save yourselves but not your kids. Unthinkable. Thank God for Mark. The city needs to recognize him for what he did.

Agreed. As for the parents: it was a mobile home! They practically had to trip over the kids to get out. But, if they were high, well, that can explain a lot of bad behavior. Glad they were arrested!
