Anonymous it sounds like you answered your own question in regard to who enforces WS CC&R's.... it is all of us if we choose.

No, sea ray owner, I did not say owners are enforcers. I said owners can pursue remedies. There is no WS HOA - therefore, there is no CC&R enforcement authority.

You can seek remedy in the appropriate venue. If there is a city ordinance violation, contact the city; if there is a gross violation of community standards, call a lawyer (which BTW: it seems you are already doing for the unsafe boat.)

It is amazing our homes doubled in value without your intervention; and yes, Coach Weise and I live on the same friendly street, GASP!

I have to agree with the other anonymous and the Coach about the dishes, but the boat issue is unacceptable.

Anonymous (at the top of the page)... the CC&R's authorize each owner is she/he chooses to handle enforcement.... wether or not this entitles them as an "authority".... who knows... and it does not really matter..... I use enforcement as that is how the CC&R reads.

Homes in Oak Park have also doubled in value..... while Willow Springs has a unique-ness that draws folks... the neighborhood itself is not fully responsible for the drastic price increases over the past few years.... I think we all live on friendly streets here..... I am a huge fan of this neighborhood... and for the first time can see myself staying for more than just a couple of years...

Coach I agree with you... it was and is a fantastic neighborhood... which is why I made the move here. Are we sure no one cared... or no one said anything? No answer required.... just to ponder

I keep getting responses like I am accusing OUR neighborhood of not going up in value do to this or that... or that I have come across in an unfriendly manner.... or even that this is not a nice neighborhood... if this were the case why would have I just made the choice to live here.... the items are simply not true....

I am not asking for everyone (or anyone for that matter) to agree with me.... just wanted to start the conversation.

Wow isn't this weather amazing... (hows that for a subject change)... we have come to a dead end on this one. Have a great week everyone!
